Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thank you to everyone who shared photos and videos about their Christmas break! Class meeting will continue tomorrow, so if you would still like to send photos or videos of your Christmas break to Ms. Delfin's email, please do! :)
The Speech Arts Festival is coming up soon! This is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn, explore, and discover the beauty of poetry, as well as strengthening the virtue of fortitude through their public speaking skills.
Grade 2s are expected the practice the following at home:
1) Requirement for ALL students:
Bible Reading (Students will practice all three, but they only have to recite one that they will choose randomly. Bible Readings do not have to be memorized)
2) Primary Poetry Readings (Needs to be memorized) Students should have their poem chosen by next Tuesday, January 12.
Bonus and optional: Prose Selections (Does not have to be memorized)
